Senior Asset Manager
Alan Pensky serves as Senior Asset Manager for the Belfonti Companies. A graduate of Pace University in New York majoring in accounting and marketing, Mr. Pensky is a strong general accountant with experience in the residential, retail, and commercial real estate asset management fields. He is highly skilled in budgeting, forecasting, human resources, accounts receivable and payable, account consolidations and reconciliation, and the review and preparation of financial statements. Mr. Pensky is also responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s environmental and energy programs.
