Kim Schmidt
Regional Supervisor
Kim Schmidt joined Belfonti Properties, as the company's Regional Supervisor in 1993 and brings with her over 18 years of managerial experience.
As the Regional Supervisor, Ms. Schmidt assists in the development and monitoring of the company's residential properties and implements all of its procedures relating to property management.
Ms. Schmidt oversees and administers the company's residential marketing techniques and participates as a member of the Development Team in design, unit mix, establishment of rent rates, and other such operational matters.
She also coordinates staffing and office set-up of all new acquisitions and is responsible for the recruitment, training, development, and supervision of the Property Managers. She shares responsibility for monitoring the maintenance staff and she assists the President with special projects, administrative tasks and other related work.
Ms. Schmidt holds her ARM® and is currently pursuing her CPM Certification.
Belfonti Associates, LLC Real Estate Development and Investment, with a central office located in Hamden, Connecticut, actively and aggressively pursues opportunities throughout the United States and internationally.
